Its pretty good. I have been sleeping better. I feel its great for side and back sleeping. I do both, and its pretty comfortable either way.
I didnt realize it wasnt the same size as a normal pillow though. Im going to have to make some smaller pillowcases for it.

I have dealt with migraines for years and this pillow is amazing. It supports my neck perfectly. Also, my husband says he has never slept better. He used to wake up with one of his hands having gone to sleep during the night, which that is no longer happening.

I’m still getting used to my neck positioning and being in the middle when rolling on my back. Other than that I like the firm feel and curvature of the pillow.
I do have to say it is very small. I would like to see it made in regular pillow length so it looks good on the bed next to regular pillows

I like the idea of it, but it is too tall for my neck. Tried it for 2 weeks and then set it aside. Is there a way to return the 2 we bought? Do you have a more petite size? I have been trying pillow after pillow because I have trouble with neck support while sleeping. I frequently have to see my chiropractor because my Atlas or A5/6 gets screwed up and it gives me the worst headaches and jaw pain. I tried a pillow that looks similar to Cervical Cloud but I had just ordered it from Amazon, and it was clearly not great quality because it did not hold up over a few months and I ended up with the same neck problems. So I finally decided to try this one and after about a month I can say that I love it! I’ve told several friends and family members who need neck support to try this pillow also. I describe it as actually sleeping on a cloud! I love it so much. I even told my chiropractor about it because he knew I was searching for the perfect pillow. Cannot recommend more if you need neck support!

These are the best pillows! I have literally spent well over $500 trying to find a pillow that would provide a good night's sleep and allow me to wake up without upper back and neck pain.
No other pillow prior to this one provided this type of relief. Others maybe worked for a week and I have had mine for probably close to a year and just bought another one for my husband.

I love this pillow. I choose the smaller one as larger pillows tend to push your body down on the bed and if your like me who has a double, then you run out of foot room. The pillow does not collapse during the night like some of the really expensive ones do. Also, it is formed so that it is comfortable if you sleep booth on your back or your side. I loved it some much that I purchased a second one. One thing to remember, if you like sleeping in a cold room the pillow is somewhat hard until it warms up to your body. Absolutely love it.

It is soft and supportive. I have only had it for 3 nights. So far, I like it, and my neck and back are doing well. I haven't gotten back to my busy computer work yet, so I cannot be sure if it's the pillow that's helping, but it definitely isn't hurting!! I am small, so I am only using the nearest part of the pillow. I was not sure whether this would work out, but I think it is. I sleep comfortably.

I was so excited to receive my cervical cloud pillow. It is so comfortable, not hard, just right. But most of all it keeps my neck aligned with my spine. No more aches and pains just a wonderful nights sleep. This type of pillow was recommended by my neurologist. The only con is I wish it had the cooling foam. But so far that has not bothered me. I have had many pillows and this by far is the best one yet.

This pillow is much better than any others I have purchased. It keeps my head and shoulders in alignment with my body because I have to sleep on my back after my hip replacement. I would prefer a better cover because my rings get snagged on it and that creates pulls. I would highly recommend.

I am a smaller person so I bought the smaller size. It is a good fit but a bit small for a regular pillow case. The side "walls" are not high enough to stop my head from rolling to the side. It is more like a gentle guide for your head. When I am sleeping on my back the slope of the pillow is perfect and my neck feels great! The sides of the pillow offer great support for side sleeping too (an added bonus in my opinion). If I could change one thing it would be higher side "walls" to help correct my head from rolling to the right.
