A little background: You have earned my business from success of my cervical pillow near 2 years now; I am back, and lucky enough that you have another product in the Posture Corrector which may well be key to a more permanent/useful corrective tool to strengthening and thereby relieving a significant interconnected lifelong problem since I was 17, broke my neck at C5 & C7 cervical vertebrae Plus some 12 or 13 additional injuries directly or indirectly along with damage (4 lower ribs broken, 2 on each side of spine) to upper back and lower lumbar stack of 5 disks now tilted and sliding off of each other). I am accepting of the fact my neck and back are busted up and the Posture Corrector is just a tool to help strengthen the supporting muscles & ligaments, not going to “Fix” all my aches and pains. But I am a student the human body/physiology and will apply the Posture Corrector and pursue my current Yoga forms, orthopedic therapy & Spinal pain management therapy accordingly and see about my therapist to help assess and measure my improvement over the next several years. I am 6'2" about 170lb which is about 20 lbs more than I like but stuck past 24 months severely restricted from lifting & exercise only supervised therapy. Started lifting (packing to move) so hoping will shave a few pounds when reach destination. The Posture Corrector feels like an excellent fit, quite simple; get it in place on back, pull waist wrap around waist line & secure; pull shoulder straps and cross-feed around the back and tug to rear/side securing surface of the waist wrap and press/snug ends of shoulder straps into place...adjust as needed. I immediately felt the total balanced "PULL" across the frame and waist/shoulder straps pulling me upright AND taking pressure off of my cervical column (which has been taking a beating as I pack book boxes reaching & looking down - near 70 of them) over the past 7 months. Also, (am 51 year Computer Systems Engineer) so spend a lot of time also with neck/back bent. Now when I sit in front of a computer, the posture Corrector helps me stay upright and looking straight on more than "down". I can work for an hour or 2 with no discomfort. Per recommendation from Cervical Cloud, I wear the Posture Corrector for 15-20 minutes at a time or up to an hour and take a break of a couple hours and then maybe do another hour. This device is not to be worn constantly!!! It is a TOOL to help your body STRENGTHEN your back muscles and ligaments to "re-Learn" how to hold you upright again. Be consistent and patient and probably in 6 months to a year you should realize good progress. For the supplemental relief i am getting already, I give this product HIGH MARKS.
