DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY ?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Standard Secured Shipping takes 5 - 15 Working Days for delivery
Priority Shipping Takes 2 - 7 Working Days
CANADA, AUSTRALIA & New Zealand
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 5 - 15 Working Days for delivery
U.K & EU
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 5 - 15 Working Days for delivery
Others Countries
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 7 - 25 Working Days for delivery

HANDLING TIME
Due to the high volume of orders, we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. It usually takes 2 - 10 working days to process the orders. We know this may be frustrating, to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice the quality of our products. Thanks for understanding.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT"
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
CHANGES REQUEST
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change it. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.
